DONATIONS

The Billy Sims Foundation accepts gifts to be used toward our sponsorships and donations throughout the year. In 2018, we have sponsored the JDRF Promise Ball, The Susan G. Komen Sisters for the Cure, Ground Zero Rescue Dogs, Tulsa County’s Pretrial, Probation and Parole Supervision, area school districts, and the SPCA just to name a few. We donate everything from merchandise, auction items and, on occasion, food for these community events. Your donation will be used to support the communities in which we operate!

IN-STORE

Each year, Billy Sims Barbecue hosts a pin-up program to support a major charity. Pin-up programs have supported the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and the Ground Zero Rescue Dog program just to name a few. In 2025, we aim to expand our pin-up program across all franchise locations, allowing more communities to participate and support major charities.

Who we Sponsor

 
Billy Sims Foundation is a nonpartisan, equal rights organization. We sponsor education, law enforcement, fire fighters, animal rights, health research and awareness, and those organizations who support our core values and mission.

Community Nights

 

If you are a sports organization, school or have a local community event that you would like make a request on behalf of, please contact the local store in your area. Requests for food and gift cards should all be made directly to your local store. Store information can be found on our website at www.billysimsbbq.com.

Make a Request

 

To make a request for donation, please visit our "Contact" page and provide a description of your event. All requests must be accompanied with a link to a website advertising the event and/or marketing materials or documentation for the event. Unfortunately, we receive a large number of requests as we are not able to accommodate all donations.

Most donations are in the form of merchandise that can be used for auctions or giveaways. Annually we partner with 1-3 national organizations for a larger event, fundraiser or awareness campaign.
